Kalita How-To

In this project, I experimented with 3D motion graphics through the medium of Blender. As a first dive into the program, my project goal was to create an explainer video on how to make pour over coffee with a Kalita. The video is meant to be quick, snappy and give you a jolt of energy, much like the subject. To do so, I paired bright colours and fast-paced cuts with an energetic soundtrack. The final scene ties together the sigh of relief that comes with your first sip of coffee after the process.
